Cancellation Policy

Thai Wellness and Massage Training

Cancellation, Refund, and Attendance Policy

1. Registration & Payment

Enrollment in any continuing education (CE) course is confirmed once full payment is received. Class sizes are intentionally limited to ensure high‑quality instruction. Your registration reserves a seat exclusively for you.

2. Student Cancellations

To maintain fairness and allow other practitioners the opportunity to enroll, the following cancellation terms apply:

  • 14 days or more before class: Eligible for a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee.

  • 7–13 days before class: Eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Less than 7 days before class: Non‑refundable.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment unless otherwise stated.

3. Transfers & Class Credits

  • Students may transfer to another scheduled class once, at no charge, if the request is made at least 7 days before the original class date.

  • Transfer requests made within 7 days of the class may incur a $X transfer fee.

  • Class credits must be used within 12 months of the original class date.

  • Credits and transfers are non‑refundable once issued.

4. No‑Show Policy

Students who do not attend their scheduled class and do not notify Thai Wellness and Massage Training in advance will be considered no‑shows.

  • No‑shows forfeit all tuition.

  • No refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued.

5. Late Arrival Policy (Including NCBTMB Requirements)

Thai Wellness and Massage Training adheres to NCBTMB (National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork) standards for continuing education.

  • Students must be present for the full duration of the class to receive CE credit.

  • Students arriving more than 10–15 minutes late, or missing equivalent time during the class, may not be eligible to receive CE hours under NCBTMB attendance requirements.

  • If a student arrives late and cannot be awarded CE credit, the class fee remains non‑refundable and non‑transferable.

  • Instructors may deny entry to late arrivals if participation would disrupt the learning environment or violate NCBTMB standards.

6. Instructor or School Cancellations

In the rare event that Thai Wellness and Massage Training must cancel a class due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances:

  • Students may choose a full refund or transfer to another available class date.

  • Notification will be provided as early as possible.

Thai Wellness and Massage Training is not responsible for travel, lodging, or other expenses incurred due to class cancellation.

7. Emergencies & Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Exceptions to this policy may be granted at the discretion of Thai Wellness and Massage Training and may require documentation.
